Evelyn is no stranger to pain. But the experience of losing a love one completely altered her perspective on life. It led to her becoming an incredibly motivated individual, who is driven by adventure, creativity and interconnectedness. She is a passionate problem solver who doesn’t give up in pursuit of her goals. Meet Evelyn. This is her story.

P: Please introduce yourself!

E: My name is Evelyn EBO, I am 33 years old, from Nigeria. I'm a wife and a mother. I'm popularly called "Lady in Product" because I'm passionate about digital products that solves user's friction and meet business goals.

P: Describe or define yourself in your own words.

E: I love colours and I believe in working Smart-Hard to achieve my goals. I'm passionate about what I do and welcome challenges on my way to success.

P: What is your favourite thing about yourself?

E: My favorite thing about myself is my passion to achieve set goals and making out time to celebrate every win. I'm self motivated.

P: Tell us a story. Have you had an experience that has defined you or made you stronger?

E: I love the hashtag #mypainmademegreat because it resonates with me. The loss of a loved one is an experience that defined me and gave me a different view to life. Fortunately, I was able to channel that pain into the driving force behind who I am today.

This experience has got me looking deeper to discover myself, craving to be more and help me discover my path and tribe.

P: What is one piece of advice you’d give your younger self?

E: My advice to my younger self is "Avoid distractions and be confident in your abilities.”

P: What does being a woman mean to you?

E: Being a woman to me means being me. Being me means doing what I love and shutting out negative energy.

E: Amb. Adeshola Helen Onadipe, she's a world peace ambassador, Founder of Ladies in Business Magazine Global and Grand Patroness of YouthUp Global.
