Floor is an adventurous soul who is happiest while cruising on her motorcycle, an outlet that allows her to clear her head and enjoy the scenery around her. On her Instagram, she is part of a community of bikers that discuss various aspects of this hobby, such as motorcycle brands and gear. She is also providing visibility for women riders in a primarily male-dominated activity, encouraging them to hop on the bike and give it a spin. Meet Floor. This is her story.

K: Please introduce yourself!
F: Hi, I am Floor 22 years old and I love to ride my motorcycle. I have a Yamaha xj6 and I love to drive with my man.
K: Describe yourself in your own words
F: In one word I describe myself as a bit crazy.

K: What is your favorite thing about yourself?
F: My favorite thing about myself is that I am caring but crazy at the same time.
K: Tell us a story. Have you had an experience that has defined you or made you stronger?
F: I have been bullied a lot when I was younger because I was too spirited. But that made me come back stronger.

K: What is one piece of advice you would give to your younger self?
F: The piece of advice I would gave myself when I was younger is that I shouldn’t take things personally and I should let things go.
K: What does being a woman mean to you?
F: Being a woman means a lot to me, to let people know that a woman can do the same as men. Driving for example, a lot of men don’t think a woman can drive as well as men. But I know that a lot of women can for sure.

K: Who is one woman that inspires you? What would you say to them if they were here now?
F: The one woman that inspires me the most is my mom, we fight a lot because we look so much alike. But she is amazing, she does everything for her family and she is the rock for everyone.
