Brandi

Instead of talking about accomplishments let them see your accomplishments. Being a women in a man’s world, I choose not to rock the boat, just show up and make moves.

P: What is your favourite thing about yourself?

B: Bringing people together to find their tribes.

P: Tell us a story. Have you had an experience that’s defined you or made you stronger?

B: Losing everything including myself. My relationship was not good so I tried coping with it by escaping any opportunity I could, I didn't know how to communicate and neither did my ex-husband so we grew apart really fast. When I finally got the strength and courage to leave, I left with just my clothes. Went to stay with a friend and then lost my best friend a few weeks later.

I was at rock bottom and even though I had a lot of people I could reach out to i just wanted to go through this journey on my own. Set goals and boundaries, the last year of my life has been full of blessings, which has made me stronger and have more self worth.

P: What is one piece of advice you would give to your younger self?

B: Slow down, take time to analyze things not everything that is put in front of you is for you.

P: What does being a woman mean to you?

B: I never really thought of this but the first thing that comes to my mind is as a women I work hard. Instead of talking about accomplishments let them see your accomplishments. Being a women in a man’s world, I choose not to rock the boat, just show up and make moves. I work and have a huge passion for riding motorcycles - Harley-Davidsons to be exact.

Who is one woman that inspires you?

B: Wowzers this one is even harder cause I am inspired by so many women, I don’t know what I would say, I honestly would honestly just sit close and learn as much as I could from them.
